Dr. Riggle: I was wondering if we should focus our attention to the Four Subprocesses diagram on page 321. What is most significant in knowing the diagrams?
Major headings indicate the main concepts. I give partial credit so if you can't get all the sub-concepts you need to get the main points. This is true of all diagrams.
Remember, I am giving you two diagrams, instead of one.

What do you mean by major headings?
In this case, everything but the bulleted points.
