I believe that teaching is one of the most influential careers. A good education is a neccesity in the world today and teachers are the only people who can give that to a person. I feel that teachers must have a strong drive and passion for what they do in order to intrigue their students and make them want to learn. I believe that teaching and learning go hand and hand. Every student is capable of learning, but a teacher cannot force a person to learn. Students of course learn at different rates and a teacher must compensate for that and provide the proper amount of attention to each individual. A teacher also must remeber to apply different learning styles, for some students prefer one over the other to better comprehend the information. Teaching is a powerful career that will consistantly keep you on your toes and learning new things. Teachers must use their knowledge to the best of their ability but still be open to new ideas. They should not try to act as a dictator, but as an individual who wants to teach their students and watch them grow from the knowledge the teacher gave to them. The effects of teaching will go on to benefit the students who took the time to learn, for the rest of their lives. There isn't anything better you could give to a child than knowledge they can apply to things for the rest of their life.
