This I Believe...
I believe that as a teacher we must promote an environment for learning that is comfortable for all students and that encourages learning. I feel that every child must be given equal opportunity for success. I think that every child has the ability to learn and that it is our job to figure out what methods work best for the children because not all kids learn that same as each other. I also believe that it is necessary to have patience and persistence.

It is so important to work with students and make sure that they are understanding the way that you are teaching, and if not, then you as the teacher need to do everything you can to work with that student and enable them to learn the material. Some teachers get stuck in their ways and forget that not everyone learns the same way. That is such an important point people need to realize!
