This I Believe:

As an educator, we are granted the privilege of preparing individuals for life. We must cement the basic, factual subjects; however, there is unspoken criteria stating we must provide the general mold of a respectable person in society. Through this, students may develop their own unique character. Human beings learn from their own experiences, and teachers must strive continuously to create unforgettable ones. An atmosphere consisting of a love for learning and knowledge is necessary for a successful learning environment. A teacher should begin each day with an unfaltering desire to guide their students along life’s best possible road. I believe teachers have the opportunity to influence every one of their students. It is essential to not forget the undeniable power a teacher has!

I strongly agree with your belief statement. From my own experiences with teachers, I realized that my appreciation for certain subjects depended on the passion of the teacher. If the student can tell that the teacher doesn't have a sincere passion in what he or she is teaching, it will show through to the student and affect his or her attitude towards that subject. I also agree with what you said about creating memorable experiences. I can pinpoint important things that I've learned with memorable moments produced by my teachers.
