I believe...

I believe teaching is one of the most rewarding jobs one could have. Teachers must be willing to put their all into helping students understand the material. By doing so they should ask questions and show the student(s) that they want to help. Also, teachers should involove their students in order to make the class more interesting and some what fun. In my opinion, class should not be all lecture because it is important to hear other viewpoints to help one gain the understanding of a certain subject. Lastly, I believe teaching should provide positive reinforcement in order to gain confidence and strive to do better on everything.
