This I believe...
I believe that a teacher is an important part of a child's life. A teacher has different beliefs than other teachers but that is ok. But I believe that a teacher has to be flexible on the way that they teach and accomodate each and every student. Teachers can be thought as a role model to kids and teach not just according to the academic schedule, but also should teach everyday fun things to keep children interesting in what the teacher is teaching. A teacher has to be open minded and teach according to the age level of the students.

I agree with what you are saying. I too believe that teachers need incorporate fun into the classrooms to keep the students interested. I feel that students will respond in a positive way if they are shown that learning really can be fun.
I also agree that teachers should do a lot of different things to keep learning fun but also need to have certain boundries or limits to the "fun" stuff.
