.:This I believe:.

I believe that teachers have a personal duty to go above and beyond the requirements that are set in place for them. I think that in order for a teacher to be successful they must be open-minded and enthusiastic, while maintaining boundaries for their students. This is important due to the fact if a teacher does not show excitement this eventually reflects on the students’ attitude towards school. In addition, I feel that trust is the foundation for a thriving student/teacher relationship. A teacher may establish trust by believing in his or her own students and by showing respect at all times towards their students. When teachers maintain high expectations of their students, the students want to prove that they can succeed and ultimately exhibit respect towards their teacher.

I agreee that the teachers attitude is really important because if the students sense that the teacher is not enjoying what they are doing then the students won't work hard to learn the material. I also agree that teachers need to respect each student and need to earn their trust. Doing these the teacher will earn the respect from the students.
