Teaching
I beleive that teaching is the most important profession this world has to offer. No matter what you do as a profession, you have learned something from a teacher that has affected you in positive way. I beleive that teaching is a very grueling and rigorous profession but also very satisfying. When a teacher effects a student in a positive way, it must bring a smile to their face. I have been on the recieving end of many of these instances. I beleive that to be a teacher you must be willing to go the extra mile to help every student, not just those that you choose too.

I would agree 100% that teaching is a very rewarding job, and that it leaves a positive effect on both the teacher and student. Even though teaching may be hard at times to handle, it can also be as you said, a worthwile job that makes you smile. Teachers are very important to the future of so many lives and their profession is truly impressive in how much they have to offer the world!
