This I Believe
I believe a teacher should explain and not tell. They should know the information they are giving out and love what they are teaching. Passion in a teacher inspires passion in the students being taught. Teachers should not preach If the students do not want to learn it, if they are dead-set agianst it, they will not learn no matter how much they are scolded and told what to do. They must be persuaded to love and want to learn in creative and unique ways that interest the specific students involved and in ways that keep up with current trends and views. Teaching can be an art, not just a job.

I completely agree with Jennifer about how a teacher needs to love what they are doing. I think that if a teacher is passionate about their subject then they will inspire their students to learn and love the subject as well. I think that coming up with unique ways of presenting information is a great idea that teachers should do. I also believe that teaching should be more than just a job like Jennifer said.
i really agree that teachers need to have passion and that it will influence the kids. Kids feed off of the emotion of the leaders they are around so if the leader, that is the teacher in this case, has a negative attitude so will the kids.
